Brake Fitment:

Some E-Bikes models including some of the Macfox bikes require replacing the stock brake post with a standard 180mm post mount adapter.

Some e-bikes with dual rear shocks may run into clearance issues, confirm there is enough space to install an enlarged rotor before placing an order.

Ultra Bee Brakes require the brake disc that is ~40mm wider than the stock rotor

Brake Bleeding

Brakes are pre-bled at the factory before shipping, but it’s normal for them to sometimes require a minor bleed after installation or transit. Small air bubbles can occasionally work their way into the system during shipping or handling.

If the brake feels spongy or doesn’t have the performance you’d expect, a quick bleed should restore it to full performance.
